  This is a hot spicy tea powder with plenty of black pepper. It is a true Bombay India recipe. It is meant to be steeped in 50% water and 50% milk and infused with our Assam Bukhial black tea. Then sweetened to taste with honey, or sweetener of choice. Very concentrated. Our Spicy Chai Masala contains: toasted ground cardamom, Tellicherry black peppercorns, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. It takes only 1/4 teaspoon of powder, 1 teaspoon of Assam Bukhial black tea leaves, 1/2 cup whole milk, 1/2 cup water to make a full mug of tea.
