  Loose leaf tea. Four to one ratio by weight of finest Japanese Sencha Green Tea blended with organic mint leaves that are grown, hand picked, rinsed and dried, here in my garden in Grass Valley. The Sencha has a mildly herbaceous grassy note, while the mint adds a sweet haylike very mild minty flavor. Well balanced and beautifully golden in color, low in caffeine and high in antioxidants.
  Makes a very pleasant and relaxing cup of tea. The 1.45 ounce packet of loose leaf tea contains 30 rounded teaspoons of tea, equivalent of 30 tea bags.
