  Heart Guard is the name I gave this warm spicy tea blend. All the included herbs and spices have documented studies indicating heart healthy properties such as lowering blood pressure, lowering ldl cholesterol, improving circulation, lowering blood sugar, and strengthening the immune system. The ingredients include organic dandelion root, fresh ginger desiccated and hand ground, crushed cardamom pods, green tea, dried ground hibiscus flowers, and cinnamon. Generous 2 gm. Serving per sachet makes a couple cups of tea. 20 sachets per resealable clamp top jar. This is a tea beverage and not implied to be a medical treatment.
