This fragrant seasoning blend makes it simple to create the signature flavors of Italy. Italian Seasoning is also incredibly versatile as you can add it to vinegar & oil for a quick salad dressing and you can add it to just about any tomato-based dish – from lasagna to spaghetti to pizza. When Italian Seasoning is blended with olive oil, it makes a coating that locks in flavors when baking or roasting chicken, or brushed on rustic bread with garlic to make a flavorful side dish.
Italian Seasoning is especially good with vegetables, particularly roasted eggplant, potatoes and zucchini.
All dried herbs come in a 4 oz. window top tin, individual weights determined by herb type.
