  Dukkah is a delicious and fragrant mix of hand blended toasted nuts and spices. Our Dukkah is inspired by an Egyptian recipe and contains toasted almonds, sesame seeds, sumac, aleppo pepper, coriander, cumin, Himalayan salt, and cayenne. Dukkah makes a delicious side dish or appetizer when mixed with Extra Virgin Olive oil and spread onto pita bread or focaccia. An alternate method is to brush or dip the pita wedges with olive oil then sprinkle on the Dukkah. In addition to using this as a dip, it can also add some flavor complexity and character to baba ganoush, bruschetta, hummus, omelets, pasta, quesadillas, rice, salads, steamed vegetables, or sprinkled on chicken or fish before grilling or roasting.
