  Completely naturally caffeine free. This universal calming tea is 100 percent organic, hand sifted chamomile flowers. Perfect for a cup of tea before bed, or for a relaxing break. Chamomile has many herbal benefits, one being a known digestive relaxant. An added bonus is that any left over chamomile tea can be used as a natural hair rinse, or refrigerated and splashed on the face as a refreshener, or cotton balls may be dampened with cooled tea and placed on the eyelids for a more rested appearance.  Loose leaf chamomile buds are packaged in a resealable Mylar bag. Each package contains enough loose leaf tea for 20 servings.
