      Special order of Dragonwell Green Tea, also known as Longjing Tea, coming from the Longjing village in the Zhejiang Province of China. This tea is renowned for its soft floral notes and nutty finish reminiscent of chestnuts. The tea gets its unique characteristics from the treatment of pan firing to stop the oxidation process. The leaves are traditionally steeped with water temperature between 167 and 176 degrees F, for about a minute and a half, then steeped 2 more times, increasing steeping time by 30 seconds each subsequent time. The spent leaves are then eaten, to gain the maximum antioxidant value. Dragonwell loose leaf tea is packaged in a resealable Mylar bag containing 20-25 servings.
