This is a space I have carved out to post about things I care to share. Recipes, herbal tips and treatments, points of interest about my teas, herbs, spices, and natural body care products I carry in my online store.

As I stated in my bio. I try to grow my own herbs, or buy local, organic, fair trade, quality bulk products that I use in my recipes. I stay away from anything prepackaged, no GMOs, no animal testing. Skin products have no parabans, no sodium Lauryl sulfate, no silicones or dimethicones, no chemical preservatives. In rare instance a small amount of Benzyl alcohol may be use for safety sake.
As I state, “don’t put On your
