  Certified Organic MATCHA powder from Japan. Ceremonial grade (thick tea-Koicha). Small batch for freshness, tea comes in a reusable 4 ounce screw top tin for portability and to keep out moisture. Green tea is loaded with antioxidants and matcha takes full advantage of this by grinding the whole small leaf, minus the stems and veins, so you ingest the full benefit instead of brewing and discarding the leaf as in traditional green leaf tea. The tin holds approx. 1 1/2 ounces of matcha powder, about 25 one teaspoon servings. Can be used for hot tea, iced latte, cold in smoothies, or culinary and baking.
