  This is an intense balm for cracked heels and dry flakey elbows. It is best used after a shower or bath or a nice foot soak with our Tired Tootsies Foot Soak. Our formula contains no parabens, silicones, dimethicones or other chemical ingredients. For the best results, dip out a small portion with fingertips and rub together in the palms of your hands before applying to cracked dry heels. A great trick is to rub the heel cream into your feet and put on little cotton socks before bed, this will leave your feet wonderfully soft in the morning. The 6 ounce jar of concentrated cream contains: sweet almond oil, apricot kernel oil, lanolin, pure shea butter, extra virgin coconut oil, rose hydrosol, unrefined bees wax, 100% vegetable glycerin, vitamin E oil, essential oils of lavender, lemongrass, and frankincense. Tiny amount, .1% benzoyl alcohol to prevent bacterial growth and improve shelf life.
