  Evoking the smokey, tangy, spicy, flavor of South American grilled chicken. This paste marinade is a marriage made in heaven for poultry, but works well on pork for chilorio. Ingredients include organic unfiltered cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, both smoked and sweet paprika, orange zest, garlic, and other peppers and spices.
  Massage the paste into the meat and let marinade in the fridge for best results. NO preservatives, No sugar, gluten-free. Keep refrigerated.
