I’ve been busy trying to get the yard in shape for the fast approaching fall. I finally took some time out to hand dye some fabrics to use in my slow stitching small pieces of textile art. Bits of muslin, cheese cloth, organza, and silks. Also using unique vintage buttons, old wood scrabble pieces, and some glass beads. Great small mementos of textile art to share and gift with special friends. I’m finding my own niche within the textile arts community.
